Meditation
MEDITATION IS A CRUCIAL PART OF MY DAILY REGIMENT. I MEDITATE FOR AT LEAST 3O MINUTES A DAY. SPENDING TIME IN MEDITATION IS THE MIND AND SPIRIT’S EQUIVALENT TO SPENDING TIME IN THE GYM. THE EXERCISE OF MEDITATION IS AN EXERCISE OF HONING FOCUS AND CONCENTRATION.
Nutrition
THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT TO YOUR OVERALL HEALTH IS WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING INTO YOUR BODY. THE FOODS WE CHOOSE TO EAT HAVE A DIRECT EFFECT ON OUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING. AS HIPPOCRATES ONCE SAID, “LET FOOD BE THY MEDICINE AND LET THY MEDICINE BE FOOD.”
Movement
WE ARE BUILT TO MOVE. NOT ONLY DOES DAILY EXERCISE AND BREATH WORK MAKE US FEEL ENERGIZED AND STRONG, BUT THESE PRACTICES HELP KEEP THE BODY CLEAR OF TOXINS AND THE IMMUNE SYSTEM OPTIMIZED.
